Handcrafted Fudge

C.G. Higgins Confections fudge is made from scratch in our candy kitchen in Santa Fe. Many candy stores advertise homemade fudge but most use a prepackaged mix. We do not. We also do not use marshmallow cream an often used short cut. Instead, we start with the basics like sugar, milk, butter and vanilla. Then we add the finest Guittard dark chocolate, premium nuts, and completely natural flavorings. The result is unsurpassed smooth, creamy and scrumptious fudge.

You won't find any ingredients on our labels that you cant pronounce. Nothing artificial added, not anything that you could not find in your own kitchen.A touch of rosemary oil, a natural anti-oxidant, helps to keep our fudge fresh a little longer. Nonetheless, please store your fudge in a cool place to prevent mold from forming. If refrigerated, bring to room temperature before serving for the best texture and flavor.
